SHIPPING POLICY

The products are sold and delivered globally.

The product will be sent to the customer's chosen address after the payment has been received. The standard delivery time is 15-23 days.

Due to special circumstances, delivery of some products may take up to 60 days.

The products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse outside of Estonia.

The delivery service company may vary depending on the product.

RETURN POLICY

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

To have the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it would be allowed to test the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or if there are signs of use or wear, the Web Shop has the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly based on the decrease in the value of the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

After the return, a refund will be made to the customer within 14 days.

ORDERING GUIDE

Add the desired products to the shopping cart. Make sure that the sizes and other product specifications match your selection.

In the cart, you can change the quantity of the products and also remove them if necessary (by clicking the "remove this product" button).

If you want to continue shopping, click the "Continue shopping" button.

To place an order, click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart.

On the order page, enter your contact information and choose a payment method for the products.

Check your information and the contents of the order, and click the "Pay" button.

The "Pay" button confirms the order information and takes you to the Internet banking page to complete the payment for the order.

Once you have paid for the order, we will send you an email confirmation with the details of the order.

We process orders placed on the WaveWear website on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you place an order on a Friday after 4:00 pm, we will process it on the following Monday.
